second start up on my 79 Stang with a 86 302 new rebuild

After over 21 months of rebuilding my 69 Mustang it was started today. There is an issue with a bearing in the TopLoader that is only minor, but the 351 Cleveland sounds sweet.

Working on the car decided to fire it up with open header’s. sound’s gnarly as hell, but not as loud as i expected.

took wire off and held plug next to and on block, NO SPARK, dont think this engine has a eletronic spark module, what could it be? Im cold and wet here, thanks much
