Frame rot is pretty serious for a Mustang..You really need to find a Mustang does all repair shop.. The body has to be taken off the frame and replaced… Not fixed replaced… To redo the car all the way is gona cost $20-$25 K The car will be brand new… Some of these shops are really fantastic and do the job in 2-3 months… A 68 Mustang only costs $2200 new…If you change your mind about fixing it–sell it to some one who will..

Have all of the mechanical stuff taken care of first, then on over to the body shop.
My reasoning is thus: You don’t want the mechanic messing up your fresh paint job. By accident: a slipped wrench, a dropped ratchet, leaning over a fender without a fender cover, will ruin a perfect paint job in a hurry.

take it to a shop that does nothing but restro work They know just what to do so it looks like it was never fixed the fram is not a major uni body fran can be fixed by weiding in a new section plan on paying some mony
