James Logsdon, 22, a Fort Campbell soldier, was charged with vehicular homicide in connection with a car wreck late Friday night on Tiny Town Road, when his Jeep Grand Cherokee crossed the center line and struck a Ford Mustang head-on, killing its driver, James Lockwood, 23, also a Fort Campbell soldier.
