    A Dexter motorist was injured this morning after her vehicle struck some trees in Texas County, the Missouri Highway Patrol said. Her northbound 2000 Ford Mustang reportedly failed to make a curve and ran off the road around 2:20 a.m. on Missouri 17, three miles north of Evening Shade. Jessica M. Pursley, 24, was taken to Fort Leonard Wood Army Hospital with moderate injuries, the patrol said.
