    WAYNESBORO ? A 28-year-old man reported his 1965 Ford Mustang was stolen from a residence on Stuarts Draft Highway, the sheriff?s office said. The car has an estimated value of $15,000. The victim said the Mustang was taken between Aug. 13 and Thursday from the 4500 block of Stuarts Draft Highway.
