Plano man pleads guilty to steroid charges (Plano Courier) A Plano personal trainer pleaded guilty Tuesday to a federal charge of distributing steroids. David Jacobs, 35, admitted to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute anabolic steroids. The plea was heard before United States Magistrate Judge Don D. Bush in the Eastern District of Texas.
