Panama City Police are investigating a traffic accident that injured one man Wednesday morning. Capt. Robert Colbert said a 1996 Ford Mustang driven by Glenn Hutto, of Panama City, ran into the back of semi-truck on U.S. 231 near East Avenue Wednesday morning.

A Plano personal trainer pleaded guilty Tuesday to a federal charge of distributing steroids. David Jacobs, 35, admitted to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute anabolic steroids. The plea was heard before United States Magistrate Judge Don D. Bush in the Eastern District of Texas.
