Fatal Highway 12 crash spurs lawsuit (The Reporter)
The family of a Vallejo woman killed last March in a head-on collision on Highway 12 has filed a civil lawsuit against the driver of the other vehicle, Solano County, the Solano Transportation Authority and Caltrans. Jennifer Candari, 24, died March 5 after her Hyundai Sonata was hit head-on by a Ford Mustang driven by Jason Boyer, 34, of Rio Vista.
