Local companies team up to offer custom Mustangs (Wickenburg Sun)
Richard and Christal Creel and their company Arizona Shelby Cobras have teamed up with Dave Wade at DeVries Custom Coachworks to offer a unique high-performance Carroll Shelby edition Ford Mustang.
Ford Mustang to be 1st to use soy foam in seats (Detroit Free Press)
The Ford Mustang, a sports car known more for its performance than Earth consciousness, is slated to be the first production vehicle to use soy-based foam in its seats, Ford Motor Co. said Thursday. Ford worked with the Southfield-based seat maker Lear Corp. on the technology, which replaces a portion of the petroleum used to make foam with soybean oil.

A 14-year-old Peterborough boy was hit by a car Monday night while crossing Chemong Road on his bike. According to city police, at 7:30 p.m., the teen was crossing Chemong Road near Sunset Boulevard when he was hit by a northbound 1992 Ford Mustang.
