    Jason Oliver took advantage of mild temperatures Tuesday to hose down his 1999 Ford Mustang at the North Side Car Wash on the Dawson Road and East Young Street. The start of the new year featured atypical winter weather, with daytime high temperatures in the mid-50s.

    A man driving a black Ford Mustang south on Goodlette-Frank Road was hospitalized tonight after he hit a truck and overturned near the intersection with Golden Gate Parkway.


  • End of the Road for Drivers in Two Late Night Chases (WIBW-TV Topeka)
    Officers had their hands full Wednesday night with a two high speed chases through the streets of Topeka. The first one began about 12:30 a.m. when a police helicopter spotted a Ford Mustang Cobra, which a few hours earlier had been reported, near I-70 and California.

    More than 40 classic car and motorcycle owners flexed their ?muscles? Saturday at the inaugural Martini Muscle Car Show. The event drew about 150 people to the London Bridge Resort parking lot. Unlike the city's other car shows, the event showcased muscle cars from the 1960s and '70s.

    Charles Cousin of Beloit raises his hands in victory after winning a 2006 Ford Mustang through a promotion at First National Bank & Trust Company, 2600 Cranston Road Thursday. Out of the 10 finalists competing for the car, Cousin's key started the car, thus making him the winner.
