Ashley Force making big jump to Funny Car class (USA Today) Ashley Force, the eldest daughter of 14-time Funny Car champion John Force, will join her father in the NHRA's Funny Car drag racing division this season. Just the 10th woman licensed to drive a fuel Funny Car, the 24-year-old Force hopes to become the seventh racer to qualify for an NHRA national event and the first to reach a final round.
