    ? Andrew J. Carter, 16, of Independence, was the driver of a 1992 Toyota Pickup that was southbound on South 17th. Carter existed the west side of the roadway and struck a brick wall that stood at the end of the driveway at 2087 S. 17th street at 2:30 a.m., Feb. 6. Injuries were not reported.
